Anstech is an IT Managed Services Provider or MSP.  By supplying services for a fixed monthly fee, our incentive is to make our client's computers and systems as reliable and easy to use as possible.  Unlike the traditional pay per service model which rewards site visits, this aligns perfectly with a clients goals of minimizing downtime, maximizing productivity and controlling unexpected costs.  This means that for clients we provide:

Break/Fix service: This is the traditional - if something in your computer system is broken we will come on-site, determine the cause and fix it. By combining a strategy of remote and proactive maintenance, plus the use of today's much more reliable hardware, these should be comparatively uncommon events.

Help Desk: When users encounter problems with their applications or computers, they can call and get expert help. Using secure remote screen sharing, we walk the user through their problem, diagnose any faults and help the user avoid the problem in the future. 

Remote Management: We will remotely and securely monitor your severs and other systems, ensure they are working properly on a day to day basis, respond to events, manage backup, patching, updates and security.

Cloud Services: We help clients understand where these new services can replace or enhance existing on-premise versions. New features and low capital expenditure can be very attractive, but is the service secure, reliable and cost effective; is the existing connectivity sufficient to support the service? 

VOIP Systems: We also help clients evaluate and deploy VOIP phone systems. These have virtually replaced traditional phones for new phone deployments and can be a cost effective replacement for existing systems - not only reducing the monthly phone bill, but adding many useful features.

Security and Backup: These are the two most overlooked, yet critical areas for many clients. We will test for vulnerabilities, assess status and where needed make recommendations for change.

IT Management and Consulting:  We work with our clients to establish a coherent IT management strategy and empoyee policies. Through working with  a number of similar companies we can help them avoid common pitfalls and share successful solutions.

To get started we recommend a site survey, which will determine the details of what hardware/software is present and how everything is connected. We would then sit down with the business owner or management and review the companies IT needs and goals.
